My dad had recently purchased a aluminum headed 390 paired with a t56 and 4 link. I loved the truck so much I decided to build my own version.

Started out as a 68 harbour blue SWB truck, 352 FE

Then I bought this for a donor, 2006 CVPI

Next I got an epic deal on a super low mileage 3v 4.6

First drive, no mufflers needs tuned but it runs and the drive by wire works so I'm happy

Still needs more wire cleaning up and everything is covered in dust now. But exhaust is built and on. Sounds great

I have a 71' F100 and a 99' 2V 4.6 ready to go. Can you please give me some more info on your wiring and PATS disable? I have the complete donor vehicle so I can grab anything needed, I wish to keep the engine management as simple as possible and elementary as much wiring as I can. Anything you can pass along would be greatly appreciated!

The 06' P71 computer I used does not have PATS. Although when I did my fox mod swap i used a 96 GT computer with PATS, and I had it disabled it in the tune. Wiring is simple coming out of the truck. Basically a couple 12v into the cab and a switched ignition 12v coming back out that you will use to trip your ECM relay. Tons of things can be eliminated. I suggest in investing in a wiring schematic from all diy data

Thank you.
I have talked with Eric Brooks of Brooks speed in Orlando, he makes custom tunes sent via email for the SCT tuners for $200. I need to find an SCT now
