I am going to try building my own headers. I am having a set of 5.4 c head header flanges made. now i just need to decide on 1 7/8" or 2" primary tubes.

Stil waiting on my rods but went to the machine shop Friday and they got the blcok bored decked honed. When ever i get the rods it should only take a few days to get the motor back. I am going to try to get the air ride mini tub and florrs done this week

So i decided to go with a 01-04 fuel tank and was looking at pump. do you think a single Aremotive 340 stealth would get the job done or do i need to go to dual gt pumps or what? I want something quiet reliable and reasonable priced. I will probably be 450-500hp when all said and done and in a year or two maybe adding 200 shoot on nitrous. Also any one have any info on running dual pump do you use a stock has or go aftermarket?

Looks like the old tank was missing its plastic shield. The new one will be nice to work with.

Ok i don't normally bad mouth places but oh my freaking god DSS is a joke i have been waiting for eagle h beam rods Thursday will be 6 weeks now. The have told me three different time now that they would ship and have failed to now i am asking for a refund and then i get to go somewhere else and order them and the cheapest i can find them is $650. Dss made pistons and shipped them to me two weeks ago and you can't get a freaking set of rods to me WTH. I will never buy anything else from them or refer anyone to them. Ok i am done i was hoping to get the motor back for this weekend so i could get it fit in the car and see what i needed to do guess that is not going to happen.

So while i wait on that i was looking at wheels and came across these Foose wheels I think they would look really good in a 20x12 rear with a really deep dish and a 18x8 up front what do you guys think the car will be 04 viper red.

I think they will look awesome. 20x12 is going to put you in the 315 to 335+ range on width. With the work you've done in the well area, they should fill it up nicely. I went the other direction, in that I'm going with a wide body kit. I will be interested to see them mocked up. The 18x8 should put you comfortably into the 275 range, which make for great steering. Nice choice.

It would actually bee a 345 25 20 in the rear. With that much meat in the rear i think i am going to have to rethink my brakes in the rear. I was going to run a 11" rotor and single 38mm caliper i think i may go to a 13" and twin 45mm now.

I haven't seen 345s on the back of a fox without a wide body kit. I've seen 335s with mini-tubs and cut and rolled finders that were really tight. Have you measured? I agree that with that much wheel in the back, small breaks will look a bit ricey.

Ordered my rods from Jegs this time hope to have them soon. I think i am going to run a master cylinder under the dash and not have anything penetrating the fire wall other then the steering shaft and throttle cable.
