89 Fox with a 4V Needs some good headers to breath

Hey guys... I finally dropped my engine & trans in this weekend and I am looking for some solid information on a good quality set of headers preferably long tubes. I looked into Kooks but they did not have any listed for a Fox with a 4V. Lots of small block chevy & LS crap but nothing for my build. Any help would be most appreciated!

Call the JBA tech line. Tell them what you have and what kind of power you want to make. Tell them what site you're on, as the site owner is also a JBA dealer.

Kooks started out small doing custom stuff, it looks like Doug's is doing the same.
The potential for better customer feedback and product knowledge is greater IMO.

I called Kooks before, the guy said to use the 96-04 headers but he couldn't guarantee fitment.
He said to buy from summit instead of their website since Kooks doesn't take returns and summit will.

One guy bought a set of long tubes on here, but he had to cut and reroute a drivers side tube. No clue what brand.

Another guy took a set off cause they were too low. No idea what brand.

I have a set from the donor car but i do not know what brand they are. They have the O2 sensors in them I guess i should just try them before i order anything now that the engine is sitting in place. Don't know if it will work or not but I guess its worth a shot??

Well guys I went with Kooks after all. More than I wanted to spend but worth it. They were actually cheaper than Bassani?? About a week out. Next come the Hydro Master Cylinder and the start of the engine bay wiring then the interior swap. Wish me luck. I will post a new thread on Sunday finally will upload some pics!

Thank you all for your help and look for me to be more active. Fire is back!!!!!!!!!!
