I am in need of a Procharger or Vortech coolant crossover, for a 96-98 cobra. I know that I can buy them new, I'd just like to avoid having to pay $375-$500.
 
I have a crossover for a aviator. Its quite a bit taller and may clear the blower. Only refernce pick I could find

Have you considered eliminating the solid crossover and going with a braided setup?
 
That Aviator unit is interesting. I like the fact that the burp plug is higher. It might not work with the hair dryer, but I like the concept.
