t-45 conversion

ok it says i can discuss anything in here i am new here and also dont know who else to ask so i will give it a shot here. i have a 96 lincoln markviii with exhaust and cams. i want to swap the 4r70w that it has for a t-45. i was just wondering if anyone knows exactly what is needed for this conversion? or if anyone knows where a link is for maybe a post of such a thing? any input would help thank you alot

you need a gt flywheel 6bolt, a clutch,clutch cable, clutch pedal, pilot bearing, idk bout the cross member part on a mark, maybe just swap cross members. Sounds like too much work too me, just keep the auto. They are tough
