Header choice depends on your intended results. My personal preference; factory length ceramic coated JBAs. For the value minded, there are a lot of less expensive options.

If I were going to run Kooks, I'd run the 03/04 Cobra long tubes with matching 3" mid-pipe.

Agreed just watch the tranny mount. You need to move it back to the factory location of the new cars to run the cobra headers.

Agreed. I'd upgrade to a factory crossmember with factory mounts.

I used a custom offset tranny that uses the factory fox mounts on the body. It interferes with the x-pipe and it would be much better to do what SVT fox suggests
