90 mustang gt conversion to 03-04 cobra

I am currently in Iraq so I have been doing some shopping and a lot of reading. I became interested in this project a few years back when I met the guy who has (Greymare) in Huntsville AL. when I was there for a few months. At the time I had a yellow 04 cobra with a Kenne bell 2.8h at 20 psi with 620 rwhp and a slew of go fast goodies. Anyhow I fell in love with his car the moment I saw it. So I just recently picked up my 1990 Mustang GT with 97,000 miles on the body and plan on doing the 03-04 cobra conversion to it. As the car sits it has a few mods done to it but is missing the motor, trans, pcm, and all the wiring. I picked it up for $1700 so I hope I didn't pay too much for the car. this is what came with the car amd the mod list as of now.

The upper and lower arms are boxed in and sway bar dropped and moved back 2 inches, 1 5/8 chrome moly sub frames welded in, rear differential also has been reinforced and nickel welded with 2x3 tubing, 3.73 gears are installed with a locker diff (don't know the brand) 31 spline moser axles, a MAC rear diff cover. The upper interior shock tower brace was welded into the car. The fuel system has a T-rex fuel pump and thats all I know about on that. The car came with Center Line wheels not sure which style yet pics arent that great of the car. The battery has already been relocated to the rear hatch of the car. Has a slew of gauges most of which I will never use. A Innovative wide band oxygen sensor system with a digital gauge, a Autometer boost gauge, a 5 in tach (I hate those things), and a few ford racing center gauges. For suspension it has Lakewood struts in front 90-10 and 50-50 shocks in rear. The front rotors are cross drilled. Almost forgot he gave me a Fluidyne radiator and a electric fan with the car. Thats all I know of for right now.

Apparently the car had a full cage in it once upon a time and was setup with a 347 motor trick flow all the way with a Vortech T trim @ 22 psi of boost, a C-4 transmission, manual valve body, with a 5000 stall and a trans brake. Was running a 28 inch tall tire. The engine was ran with a Msd system, with timing control system, and a stand alone pcm with sequential fire 60 psi injectors. He told me the car ran a 9.72 in the 1/4 @ 144 mph and this was done with 650 rwhp.

I will include some pics of the car as is for now and then I will post some pics of the color choices I am thinking about putting on this car before the build up.
As it sits now:

Nice foundation for the build. I personally like Sonic Blue but I am partial because that is almost the color of my Notch.
GL with the project
