I suppose i should own-up now, I don’t have a mustang, but I do have a fox body, I have a 1980 Fairmont Futura 2dr coupe. I have had it for quite a while, and have done many mods to it, in-fact, the only Fairmont parts are just the body. I have a 93 mustang dash and interior, 5.0 HO with injection from a Lincoln MKVII, 2000 mustang frt suspension with PBR brakes, 88 mustang tilt wheel, 86 SVO steering rack, 97 GT rear axle and a load of other things. As the Fox Mustang was based on the Fairmont, I would combine my 2 favorite foxes, I call it Fang, a cross between a Fairmont and a MustANG.

I use all stock parts for reliability and price. The latest swap will include a 97 mustang 4.6 Romeo eng with 4R70W, 96 dash, carpets & seats, wiring etc. i am in the Parts gathering and info collection mode. I have a complete 06 4.6 Romeo with 36k that thru a rod thru the pan to use as a donor for the heads, intake, frt cover and miscellaneous parts.

I have seen a lot of Mustang sites, doing different things, and they are ok, but this site stands-out, as there seems to be a total motivation and dedication to modifying the foxes.

I hope nobody minds…..i am never happy with anything for long; i just like to swap things around.

I would like to have it painted when/if i am ever satisfied.
